Ingredients

.33 lb ground beef
1 oz feta cheese
.25 tsp Steak Seasoning or to taste
.25 tsp Garlic Salt
1/3 large or 1 small Onion
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Mayo
1 tsp Spicy Mustard
Crushed Red Pepper to taste
.5 Clove of Garlic
Salt to taste
Tips
Arrange onion on plate, place burger on top of onion and drizzle aioli over the burger. Enjoy!
Directions
Mix together beef, cheese, steak seasoning & garlic salt. Shape into patty. Slice onion into rings and saute with butter on medium flame until caramelized. Remove onions from pan and add hamburger patty to pan. Cook to medium, turning once. Chop garlic very fine. While burger is cooking mix mayo, mustard, crushed red pepper, garlic and salt in small bowl.
