Ingredients



    Walnuts, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    *Trop50 Orange Juice, 2 serving
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Mangos, 1 fruit, sliced
    *Peaches, canned in water, 1 cup, halves or slices
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup,
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup,
    Water, tap, 2 cup

Tips

You can use any fruits you have hand and you have protein mix that can be added in too.


Directions

wash and chop celery and cucumber and green pepper, wash the cherry tomatoes, peal the banana, peal and slice the mango, if needed thaw the frozen strawberries and blueberries in a microvave (30 sec) put in the blender container and blend until smooth. You may want to add them slowly if your blender is not strong enough. and if the texture is thick add more water as needed.
