Introduction

Ingredients

    5 eggs
    1/2 stick butter melted
    1 C. Cottage Cheese (small curd, non fat)
    Mix together
    2 C. Shredded Cheese, low fat
    3/4 C crumbled bacon
    Mix all above together
    1/4 C flour
    1/2 t baking powder
    1/4 t salt
    Mix dry ingredients together
    Mix all above together
    Spray muffin pans
    Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
    Let cool slightly.
    Good hot or cold

Tips

Add any types of vegetables (onions, mushrooms, broccoli, etc)
Replace bacon with other types of meat (browned sausage, diced ham, etc.)
