Ingredients

    VEGAN FREE GLUTEN FREE WAFFLE MIX

    Rumford baking powder 2 tsp
    Bob's organic coconut flour .25 C
    Bob's corn starch .5 C
    Bob's tapioca flour .5 C
    Bob's white rice flour .5 C

    Coconut sugar 1TBS
    Cinnamon 1tsp

    Frontier vanilla (alcohol free) 1 tsp
    Braggs .5tsp
    walnut oil 1 TBS
    grapeseed oil 1 TBS

    (3 large eggs substitute combine separately)
    Pumpkin puree 1/3 cup = one egg
    Ground golden flax seed meal – 1/2 tablespoon + 1 1/2 tablespoons of water = half egg
    Unsweetened applesauce 1/4 cup = one egg
    half of a 6"-7" banana = half egg

    (buttermilk substitute combine separately)
    1.5 TBS apple cider vinegar
    1.25 C Almond milk unsweetened
    .25 leche de coco (real coconut milk)

Tips

This is a recipe I'll be tweaking with, intended for a Waring Pro waffle maker.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients separately.

Mix egg substitute separately.

Mix buttermilk substitute separately.

Mix everything except dry ingredients together.

Mix dry and wet ingredients to create batter.
