Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups finely chopped broccoli
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 large close of garlic
    4 Tbl balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp salt (sea salt)
    6 T freshly grated parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup dried tart cherries


Tips

Original recipe calls for 1/2 cup olive oil, 3 gloves of garlic, 1.5 tsp salt, 6 T parmesan cheese, and 2/3 cups dried cherries.


Directions

Cut broccoli into very small, but distinct pieces. Put in large bowl. In sauce pan, heat oil over med. heat and saute garlic until fragrant and golden. Add salt and vinegar, stir until vinegar sizzles. Pour hot dressing over broccoli and toss with cheese and cherries.
