A more healthy version of egg salad. You could make this even healthier by adding more egg whites and removing some of the yolks. A serving is 1/3 cup. A more healthy version of egg salad. Ingredients

8 Large Eggs, boiled and peeled
    1/3 cup low-fat Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
    1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

Tips

Wonderful as a sandwich with your choice of bread - I like pita bread. Add lettuce and tomato to make it even more filling. Also great as a salad without bread with lettuce and tomato.

Directions

Chop eggs to your desired size. In a separate bowl, wisk together the yogurt, mayo, dill, salt and pepper. Add the chopped eggs and mix lightly with the fork until well combined.
