Ingredients

    1/2 cup Organic tri-colored quinoa, dry
    1/2 cup Steel cut oats, dry
    1/4 cup Raisins, not packed
    1/2 cup Goji berries
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Ginger
    1/2 tsp Salt
    4 cups Water

Directions

put all ingredients in pot night before and bring to a boil.
stir, cover and turn off heat.
leave overnight.
In the morning reheat, stirring so that it does not burn.

optional: add milk and maple syrup


Serving Size: makes roughly five 1-cup servings
