Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey 93% fat free
    2 cups of red kidney beans
    I can of tomato sauce
    1 can diced tomato and green chilies (I know it says different in ingredients but they are the same nutritional value and I couldn't find the tomato with green chilies)
    I medium onion diced
    1tbsp. cumin
    1 tbsp. chili powder
    4 tsp low sodium taco seasonings

Directions

dice onions, add all ingredients into crockpot. Cook for 10 hours on low or 6 hours on high.

Serving Size: makes 10 servings 1 1/4 cup
