    Half Pound Ground Turkey
    1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs (Panko)
    1/2 Cup Onion
    1 Tablespoon Worcheshire
    6 oz Red Wine
    1 Large Egg
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil


Serve with rice and brocolli


Brown balls in oil on all sides. Add red wine and Kitchen Bouquet. Cook 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs turning regularly on low heat

Serving Size: Makes 6 3" pieces
