Ingredients

    2.5 lbs chicken thighs
    4 ounces sugar-free fruit preserves-I used cherry, but almost any fruit is good
    1/2 cup low-sugar barbecue sauce*

Tips

*Nutrition is calculated using regular barbecue sauce. Sugar will be lower if you use a low-sugar sauce.


Directions

Line the slow cooker and add the chicken. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings of 1 and 1/2 cups each, plus sauce.
