Ingredients




    *Acorn Squash (half - large), 2 serving (remove)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 3 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed (remove)
    Mrs. Butterworth's Original Syrup, 0.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425

Cut Squash in half. Clean out all the strings and seeds.
Drizzle oil and rub completely over both halves.
Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly. Drizzle Syrup over both halves.

Cook for one hour so it is nice and soft

Serving Size: 4 - quarters of a squash
