Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Medium to large ripe bananas
    1-1.5 cups of quick oats

    choose your additives;
    chocolate chips
    shredded coconut
    raisins
    craisins
    nuts or seeds
    ground flax

Directions

Preheat oven to 350degrees. Mash ripe bananas into a bowl and add quick oats and mix together. You can add more or less depending on how dense or sweet you want the cookies to be (less leaves more banana flavour & I find makes it more sweet) and then add in your extras.I like to even add a little but of ground flax for extra fibre. Once blended spoon cookies onto a lightly greased cookie sheet, even if you don't want to grease, they don't stick too much. Bake for 15minutes then ENJOY!

Serving Size: makes approx 12 cookies depending on how big you scoop
