    Margaret Holmes Tomatoes, Okra and Corn 14.5 oz.
    10 oz diced tomatoes with chilis
    quinoa .125 Cups or 2 T
    chicken breast- frozen from package


Toast quinoa in a pan until browned. remove from pan. brown chicken breast in pan and remove, cut into small pieces. place quinoa in pan and add canned vegetables and chicken. Simmer 20 minutes until quinoa is tender.

Serving Size: makes one huge serving!
