Introduction

I recently began my low carb diet and eggs are one of my favorites for breakfast. Unfortunately I mainly eat on the run. These are super easy to make and put in the freezer for those mornings on the go. I recently began my low carb diet and eggs are one of my favorites for breakfast. Unfortunately I mainly eat on the run. These are super easy to make and put in the freezer for those mornings on the go.

Ingredients

    1/2 PIcante Sauce
    10 Eggs
    1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    3/4 cup hot pepper blend shredded cheese
    6 jimmy dean pre cooked pork sausage patties

Tips

Other veggies could be added to this recipe.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together. Spray your muffin tins. Pour mixture into muffin tins. Bake for 30 min or until golden brown on top. My tins made 15 but it will depend on your size of tins.

Serving Size: Makes 12-15 muffin tins
