Ingredients

Quinoa 1 cup
Vegetable stock 2 cups
onion chopped 1/2 cup
Carrot grated 1/2 cup
Bell peppers sliced 1 cup
Corn 1/2 cup
Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
Beans chopped 1/4 cup
Tomatoes chopped 1/4 cup
Green onion chopped 4 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
Tips
Instead of vegetable stock you can use chicken stock of your choice.You can use plain water as well
Directions
Mix cornflour in water and keep a side,take a pressure cooker and add all the vegetables,stock and washed quinoa add salt and cover it and cook for 1 whistle.Now add pepper powder,lemon juice and chili flakes.Finally add cornflour water and cook for 1 more minute.Garnish with green onion and serve
