Ingredients

    10 0z roasted peppers (drained)
    1/4 tsp cumin
    1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup of walnuts

Tips

serve with whole wheat pita chips or fresh vegetables.


Directions

Puree 10 oz roasted red peppers (drained) add 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar and 1/4 cup of walnuts. Puree all of the above.
