Ingredients

    12 oz elbow macaroni
    10oz. frozen broccoli
    1 3/4 cup fat free evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 pepper
    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Tips

Add chopped onions. Use fresh garlic, minced.


Directions

Cook pasta. Cook broccoli. Drain and set aside. Whisk 3/4 cup milk with flour and spices in a bowl. Bring 1 cup milk to simmer in saucepan, whisk in reserved milk and flour and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir in pasta and broccoli.
