Ingredients

1/3 block of extra firm tofu (cut into 1" peices)
1/3 cup large diced green pepper
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup sliced cabbage
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
Directions
1) Cut the tofu and vegetables. Set them aside.
2) put the oil into the pan, and bring to hot heat on stove.
3) Place the onion, green pepper and cabbage into the pan. Fry for a couple minutes until they start to soften and brown. Add the Zucchini and continue top fry.
4) While the vegetables are frying, toss the tofu with the garlic and Teriyaki sauce in a microwavable bowl. Heat the coated tofu for 1 minute.
5) Take the tofu, and mix it into the pan with the vegetables. Stir and fry for another minute.
Serve with rice if desired.
Serving Size: 1 big bowl for a hungry person.
