Ingredients

    1 can white beans
    3 eggs
    1/3 cup melted light butter
    2 tbsp honey
    1/2 cup stevia
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 pecans or walnuts
    1 pkg sugar free fat free instant french vanilla pudding mix
    1 container plain greek yogurt

Tips

1. If using electric mixer, beans will try to fly out of bowl
2. Watch brownies in oven, they will rise and may brown quickly


Directions

1. Mix pudding and yogurt in seperate bowl, will be thick, set aside. Pre-heat oven to 350
2. Combine eggs, butter, honey, stevia, brown sugar, and beans together.
3. Add in pudding
4. Beat until smooth
5. Add in chocolate chips & nuts
6. Grease pan
7. Add batter in pan and cook 40-50 mins
