Ingredients

    1 Package boneless skinless chicken thighs (10 pieces)
    1 Jar Tostitos Cantina Chipotle salsa
    1 can medium black olives
    1 large onion, chopped
    .25 cup cider vinegar
    .33 cup ketchup

Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken & shred with 2 forks, replace in crockpot and let sit for 1/2 hour before serving.
