Ingredients

    2 Cups of flour
    1 tsp of Baking Soda
    2 large eggs
    3/4 cup of packed brown sugar
    1 dash of salt
    2 tbsp of Vanilla Extract
    1 stick of butter, unsalted
    1/2 cup of blue berries
    2 cups of mashed banana

Tips

Use baking spray to lube your pan.


Directions

Combine brown sugar and butter in a mixer and mix on medium until creamed together.
Add eggs to mixture.
Add banana and vanilla to the mixture and continue to mix.
In a separate bowl mix all you dry ingredients and put off to the side.
Slowly add the dry mix to the wet mix 1/3 at a time, until incorporated.
Toss blueberries in flour so they are dusted, then fold into mix.
Scoop into a 12 piece muffin pan until 3/4 full and baked at 350 for 30 minutes.
