boil ricetrim fat off of chicken
dice Chicken
mix with oil, salt, pepper & minced garlic
fry chicken
add ginger, peas, grated carrots.
reduce heat cover.
turn off heat add chicken
boil rice
trim fat off of chicken
dice Chicken
mix with oil, salt, pepper & minced garlic

Ingredients

as your rice is boiling
trim the fat then dice the chicken
mix the salt, pepper, minced garlic, oil & dice chicken together thoroughly
add mixture to a nice hot skillet
cook until chicken brown
(NOTE) no oil needed
5 to 10 minutes before your rice is done add your carrots, peas, ginger, & paprika
stir mixture together well & cover it.
turn off heat add the chicken stir well
