Ingredients

    Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Extra Firm
    4 cloves of garlic crushed
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp honey
    1 serving of stevia liquid
    6 tbsp bragg all purpose liquid soy seasoning
    1 tsp Organic Sesame virgin oil
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 pkg of Europes Best Zen Garden vegetables

Directions

Take one package of Mori-Nu Silken Tofu and cut into bite size peices

Make Sauce and pour half over the tofu on a non-stick pan. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

put all items in wok and cook until vegetables are crips but cooked through and serve or rice.
