    1/2 an avocado
    1 handful of spinach
    1/2 a cup of Almond (coconut) milk
    1 tablespoon of Cacoa Nibs
    1 tablespoon of hemp seed
    1 tablespoon of chia seed
    1 tablespoon of cacoa powder

    (strawberries are optional to be added)
