Ingredients

1/4 c shredded cheese
1/4c black beans
1 whole wheat tortilla (or 2 for an additional 130 cal)
Tips
I used beans that weren't canned. The sodium content in canned beans is so high.
Directions
1. Drain and rinse the beans, if canned.
2. Heat beans in saucepan if desired, or just move to #3
3.Spray non-stick on pan,
4. Turn stove on Medium heat
5. Lay tortilla into pre-heated skillet
6. Top with beans and cheese and fold over. Cook about 4 mins each side.
