Introduction

I threw whatever I could find in my fridge into a wok and called it dinner. I threw whatever I could find in my fridge into a wok and called it dinner.

Ingredients

    4 Oz leftover beef
    1C Onion
    1C Celery
    1C Carrot
    1C Snow peas
    2TBS Olive Oil
    2TBS Soy Sauce
    2TBS Hoisin Sauce
    2C Brown Rice

Directions

Prep time depends on how good you are with a knife. :)
Slice beef into strips.
Cut celery, carrot, onions into strips or dice
Wash snow peas
Heat olive oil in wok and add beef.
Add onion cook for about two min. until soft. Add carrots cook addtional one min. Add celery and snow peas and cook until tender. Mix in Soy and Hoisin sauce.
Serve over brown rice.
