Introduction

This is my on the go shake to get me through the afternoon. This is my on the go shake to get me through the afternoon.

Ingredients

    1/2 c. of oats, grinded to a powder in a blender
    1 t. cocoa
    1 scoop (T.) of Genisoy Protein Shake powder
    1 scoop (T.) of Super Greens Nutritional Powder
    1/2 banana
    4-5 strawberries, hulled and halved
    1 c. milk
    4 ice cubes

Tips

This recipe is subject to millions of variations. I didn't want the sugar spike form juice and I am not a yogurt fan but either could be used in this recipe. I find this gives me a big energy boost and holds me for hours.


Directions

Grind the oats in a blender. Add the super greens by the scoop, add 1 scoop of the protein powder then 1 t of the cocoa (or more to taste). Add strawberries and a half of a banana, add four cubes of ice and enough milk to hold it together.
