Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 cup, solid or chunks
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds - julienne sliced
    Whole Wheat Tortilla, medium (45g), 4 serving

Directions

Drain tuna from the can. Add onion, salt, celery and light mayonnaise. Add diced tomatoes and fold in the tuna mix (do not over mix). Keep refrigerated.

Making the Wrap:
On 10" Whole Wheat Tortilla, place 1/2 cup of fresh spinach on the middle, 1/2 cup of tuna spread, top with
1/2 avocado sliced.
Fold both ends of the wrap and roll forward.
Cut the wrap in bias and enjoy.
