Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c- Fat Free Half & Half
    1 1/2 c- 1% milk
    1/4 c- Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 tsp- Nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp- Mrs Dash Original Seasoning
    1 dash- Salt)
    1 Tbsp- King Arthur All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
    1 tbsp - Corn Starch
    3 c- Broccoli, steamed
    5- Bnls/Sknls Chicken Breasts
    1 tsp- Garlic powder
    1 tsp- Parsley, dried
    3.5 tbsp- Philly Fat Free Cream Cheese (1/4 container)
    2 tbsp- ICBINB, reg. soft

Tips

Go easy on the nutmeg or it will over-whelm the dish.


Directions

1. Pam a lg fry pan, and brown chicken, sprinkling liberally with garlic powder. Steam broccoli separately.
2. In a med sauce pan melt margarine. Whisk in flour and corn starch. Slowly whisk in milks. When slightly thickened- add in cheeses, nutmeg, salt, and Mrs Dash, whisking until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
3. Add broccoli to chicken, and slowly pour cheese sauce over all, folding slowly until covered.
4. Serve immediately over hot GF pasta (not included in calorie count.)
