Oatmeal Pancakes Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

    These two ingredients can be mixed the night before and kept in the refrigerator.
    1) 2 cups rolled Oats
    2) 2 cups Yogurt, plain, low fat,
    In the morning add:
    3) 2 Large Eggs
    4) 1/4 cup unsweetened Applesauce,
    Then add:
    5) 1/2 cup Brown Rice flour or reg flour
    6) 2 tbsp Honey
    7) 1 tsp Baking Powder
    8) 1 tsp Baking Soda
    9) 1/4 tsp Salt
    10) 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    11) Apple Chunks sweetened, .25 cup

Tips

Can add bananas or blueberries instead of apple chunks.


Directions

First 2 ingredients can be mixed the night before and kept in the refrigerator. Then add 3 & 4, mix well. Finish by adding ingredients 5-11. Bake on griddle like pancakes until cooked.
