Ingredients

    1 can Del Monte or Hunts Petite Diced Tomatoes (reserve 1/4 Cup of Juice)

    2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef

    1 Cup Chopped Celery

    1 Cup Chopped Onion

    2 Slice's Regular Bacon cut up. (I use kitchen Shears)

    1 Cup Low Sodium Catsup

    1/4 Cup Bull's Eye Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce, (You can use more or less according to your taste.)

    1 to 2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic (or to taste)

Directions

Put 1/4 Cup of the juice from the canned tomatoes into a Dutch Oven or large pot. Saute Onion, Celery, Garlic and Bacon in this liquid until is absorbed, and onion, celery and bacon are cooked, about five/ten minutes. Add Ground Beef and cook until beef is browned. Add Diced Tomatoes, Catsup and BBQ Sauce and cook until heated through.

Makes 8 one to two cup servings
Total cook time including prep about 30/45 minutes
