Ingredients

    2 cups plain, non fat Greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    3 packets splenda (or sweetener of choice)
    2 dashes cinnamon

Tips

This is what I use when I add berries or clementines to my Greek yogurt as it enchances the fruit sweetness nicely.


Directions

Mix everything well and adjust accoriding to personal sweetness preferance
