Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1 onion chopped
    20 med baby carrots, sliced lengthwise
    1 can tomato soup
    6 sliced tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 clove garlic minced
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

Add other veggies or possibly leave out the meat, or beans, or potatoes.


Directions

Put onion in bottom of slow cooker; layer browned & drained ground beef, sliced potatoes, and beans. Spoon soup over top. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
