Ingredients

1 cup dried apricots (cut in quarters)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Step 1
Combine the apricots, cranberries, oj, water and 3 tablespoons sugar in a medium sauce pan.
Bring contents to a boil over medium high heat.Reduce the heat and simmer covered until the fruit is soft. (about 20 minutes)
Transfer the fruit mixture to a bowl and cool.
Step 2
Mix together yogurt, remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon
Step 3
Split fruit mixture into 4 servings, top with a 1/4th of the yogurt.
Serving Size: 1/3 cup fruit and sauce, 2 tablespoons topping
