Ingredients

    1 13 oz. can chicken breast
    2 tbs light mayonnaise
    2 tsp honey mustard
    2 stalks celery (diced)
    1/3 cup craisins
    1/4 cup raisins (not packed)
    1/2 tsp curry powder

Tips

Serve on bed of lettuce or spinach or as a sandwich. (Spinach, lettuce and bread not included in nutrition).


Directions

Mix curry, honey mustard, and mayonnaise. Add drained chicken and other ingredients, mix well. Chill if desired before serving.

Serving Size: makes four 1 cup servings
