Ingredients
*Rhodes Bread Dough Frozen Roll (baked w/NF spray), 1 serving
Butter, unsalted, 1 cup
.25 cup raisins, 2 serving
Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
Cinnamon, ground, 5 tbsp
Sugar, C&H Powdered Sugar, 1.0 cup
Directions
roll dough out as much as possible so you can add butter, raisins, sugar and roll.
after dough is rolled, grease your pan, leave lots of room for dough to rise.
spread a layer of butter (about 1/3 of the a sick) sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and white sugar, raisins and nuts if you like.
roll length wise so you get a long tube. cut with knife till you get about 10-11 rolls and place plat in pan.
cover with cloth and let rise overnight they will double in size.
the next morning bake at 350F for about 20min or until lightly brown.
while cooking make icing:
use remaining butter melted. add 1 cup of powdered sugar, a put a splash of coffee, 1/3 cup milk and 1 tsp of vanilla and beat till smooth.
Pour icing over buns after removed from the oven and serve.
Serving Size: makes 11-12 rolls
