Ingredients

    1 tablespoon Herbalife Protein Powder
    1 serving (1 scoop) Protein Drink Mix
    1 serving (2 scoops) Herbalife Formula 1 Shake ( choose based on your flavor preference)
    Almond Milk (to taste; Optional)
    1 Cup Water (or Ice Optional)

Tips

Save some of drink for dinner. Just add ice or chill. Ensure to shake well before serving.
Great for Dieting as a meal substitute with a light healthy snack.


Directions

Just add all wet and dry Mix ingredients and blend. In case of ice, make sure to crush ice as much as possible.
