Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Large Bananas
    1 Cup of Sugar (or brown sugar)
    1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    2 Large Eggs
    4 oz of apple sauce
    2 cups of Flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp. baking soda
    1tbsp cinnamon
    1.5 tsp nutmeg
    1.5 cup of finely chopped pecans

Tips

Baking time may vary...please check at 45 minutes.


Directions

In a large bowl place bananas, vanilla, eggs and apple sauce and use a smasher to "smash" it all together. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Use a mixer to combine flour mixture into the other bowl.

Use a whisk to combine pecans into bread mix. Pour into a round bundt pan sprayed with Pam.
