Ingredients

    Brussels Sprouts ~2lbs
    Broccoli ~ 3-4 crowns
    Zuchinni - 2 medium
    Yellow Squash - 2 medium

Directions

Chop veggies. Put on a tray. Drizzle bacon fat, lightly add garlic salt. Throw in oven @ 375 for 30 mins.

Serving Size: Makes a bit more than ~6 x 8oz servings
