Ingredients

1 Frozen Chicken Breast (Approx 8 Ounces)
2 Cups - Frozen Peas and Carrots
2 Cups - Prepared White Rice
2 Tablespoons - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 - Large Eggs
2 - Green Onions
Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
Tips
Chicken can be substituted for other meat (beef, shrimp) or may be left out entirely.
Directions
1. Dice the chicken breast and cook it over medium heat until done.
2. Cut green onions into small pieces and set aside
3. Place Wok over high heat, waiting for it to get hot
4. Add Oil to Wok
5. Add Chopped Green Onions to Wok
6. Stir Green Onions into Oil, heating completely
7. Add Peas and Carrots to Wok
8. Continue Stirring, bringing all contents to high temperature
9. Add Eggs to Wok
10. Stir Wok continuously, until eggs are cooked through
11. Add Rice to Wok
12. Stir contents while heating rice.
13. Add Cooked Chicken to Wok
14. Continue stirring Wok, adding Soy Sauce to taste.
