Number of Servings: 4


    Canned Chicken, 1 can (5 oz)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes or other flavor , 2 cups
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Shredded 2% cheese, .50 cup


Make potatoes according to package directions.
Drain canned chicken and corn. Flake chicken.
Mix together chicken, corn, onion, quarter cup of cheese and mushroom soup and place in a greased 8x8 inch pan.
Spread potatoes over the soup mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Add rest of the cheese on top and bake 5 more min. Let stand for 5 min. Makes 4 approx. 1 cup servings
