3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup steel cut oats or rolled oats
2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
Tips
If the dough looks too sticky, add a little bit of cracked oats until the dough looks right.
If the dough looks too dry, add 1 tbsp of water at a time until the dough looks right.
Directions
Put all ingredients in bread machine, choose "dark" for the crust and chose whole wheat bread setting.
