    ADD 5 -6 ICE CUBES before blending. Use FRESH when possible. No need to add sugar or substitutes. Protein powder is an OPTION.


Sometimes I store fresh Blueberries and Bananas in my freezer. It's ok to use these right in the blender without thawing.


Wash all Strawberry and Blueberry before cutting in halves. Take a HALF of medium banana; cut it in half down the middle and then in thirds for blending. Add the milk, vanilla extract. Add 3 oz of Stonefield non-fat French Vanilla Yogurt and about 6 ice cubes (as you like).
