    Ingredients:
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup
    Fat free half and half, 2 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp

Tips

During the final mins of turning in the ice cream maker, add your favorite fruit, flavoring or (for my kids) mini chocolate chips!


Directions

Whip eggs and sugar together till fluffy (not firm)

Whisk together until well mixed
