Ingredients

    1/2 Cantaloupe
    2 Apples
    1/2 medium Mangos
    2 Kiwi Fruit
    3 Nectarines remove seed
    1 cup seedless Grapes
    3/4 cups Blueberries, fresh
    1/2 can frozen orange juice or 4 peeled whole oranges

    But any combination you like is delicious, too. We especially like watermelon, strawberries and raspberries when available. And remember, the more colors, the more nutrients you'll drink.

Tips

If you eliminate seeds and peel (try to shave off peel to keep as much of the nutrients as possible) the "mush" or pulp that is left over can be chilled in popsicle or ice cube molds for delicious and refreshing snacks and desserts.


Directions

Peel cantaloupe and cut large fruits if necessary. Begin with softer fruits and moving on to harder fruits.

If using frozen orange juice add directly to other fruit juices and cover and shake the pitcher or stir to dissolve. This will add volume, sweetness and chill to the drink.
