Ingredients

    2 cups cilantro, stems removed
    4 Tbsp honey
    1 cup rice vinegar
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 small lime, peeled and seeded
    1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz can), rinsed well and drained.

Tips

1 14 oz can artichokes, drain, rinse well to remove salt and squeeze out excess water (will yield about 8 oz of drained artichokes) or use thawed frozen artichokes.


Directions

Put everything a blender and blend until smooth.
