Ingredients

    1 ripe chilled Mango peeled
    1/2 banana
    1 cup spinach leaves chopped
    4 cups romaine chopped
    1/2 cup soy, hemp or almond milk
    1 Tbls Chia Seed
    1 Tbls ground Flax Seed
    1 Tbls hemp seed

Tips

Adjust milk to desired thickness
add ice cubes if you want it colder
variation: prepare spinach in blender and freeze in ice cube tray. 8 cubes is about 1 cup.


Directions

add mango, spinach and 1/2 romaine to blender. Liquefy. Add remaining romaine, blend. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust milk to desired consistency. If adding ice, blend ice first.
