Ingredients

    - 2 cups of all purpose gluten free flour (used the Metro brand)
    - 1 tsp baking soda
    - 1/4 tsp salt
    - 3 eggs
    - 2 1/2 cups mashed bananas
    - 1/2 cup brown sugar
    - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    - 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    - a bit less than 1/4 cup veggie oil

Directions

Mix all together and put into 2 greased loaf pans, cook in a 325 oven and for 45-50+ mins depending on the pan size. It's ready when a fork/knife comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves, 12 pieces each
