Introduction
This recipe calls for blueberries, but I am a fan of Cranberry's and like cooking PALEO. Ingredients

2 whole eggs
4 T honey
1 c almond milk or any milk you have on hand
4 T coconut oil
2 C almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 c cranberries
1 c walnuts
This recipe builder does not have almond flour or coconut oil listed, so I had to substitute
You can use what oil you like, but coconut oil makes it a PALEO recipe
Tips
You can substitute any fruit and/or nut.
Directions
Combine all the wet ingredients.
Stir in the dry ingredients.
Chop cranberries and walnuts in a food processor until course -add to mixture
Pour into muffin tin -
Bake 350 - 20-25 min
