Ingredients

1/2 c onions diced
1/2 c mushrooms sliced
1/2 c green beans
1/2 c broccoli chopped small
1 tsp olive oil
1 c brown rice cooked
1/2 c kidney beans.(canned)
Tips
*Divide this into half to keep for another time.
The other half is for you. This makes a lot.
So good when your hungry.
*Switch vegetable (no starch) as they come in season.
Directions
Heat oil in a skilled over med heat.
add broccoli, onions till the onions are translucent.
add mushrooms, green beans and kidney beans.
cook 10 minutes. Add rice and Black pepper to taste.
mix well. cook 2 more minutes.
